Book your stay of 4 or more nights for the Sundance Film Festival (Jan 19 to 29, 2012) and take 10% off the rental rate. Extra charge for tax, cleaning fee and security deposit insurance. A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your date of arrival. The total amount will be due at the time of booking if it is less than 30 days from arrival.
February & March Special!
2-1-2012 to 3-31-2012
